Two questions about lupe fiasco?

first when is lasers going to drop?? why is atlanta holding it for so long?? is it to build up anticipation?? and lupe said he only making 3 albums, but will he still make mix tapes?? because honestly i love his rhymes he makes on other people's instrumentals more then alot of his album's stuff
