Okay, first of all, DO NOT facebook her first. That can be seen as either stalk-ish, or cowardly. Honestly, it seems like she likes you or at least thinks you are cute. I think you should walk up to her when she is by herself, and tell her you have noticed her a lot and you think she is beautiful, and then ask her if she wants to hang out. What do you have to lose? The worst that could happen is she rejects you and then you will know for sure she doesn't want that right now. BUT, if she says yes, that is great! Either way, your confusion will be gone and you will have a clear answer. Stop paying attention to every little gesture you two make toward each other and just ask her out.
