What is with?

What is with all these young young girls having Babies! There is a girl in my town who had a child at 12 (she got pregnant at 11) And i see all these young children asking for help on here. What ever happend to parental control! Does no one supervise their children anymore? Granted i was 19 when i got pregnant but atleast i was out on my own at that point in time and not a CHILD. Every time i hear about these kids it makes me want to cry! along with geting pregnant they are puting themselves at high risk for STDs do so few parents care about what their children do now days?! i know when my son is old enough to be having i am going to keep a close eye on him and have very serious sit down talks with him. I Do not need to be a Grand mother at under 40.
