Should a mother entrust her kids 1-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl to a human smuggler since he abandoned?

no. don't waste our American dollars trying this mom and dad. just send them back. or, send them over into Mexico. let Mexico arrest them for being an illegal in Mexico. It is a felony charge there. AND, they ENFORCE THE LAW !!
