Is perfection worth getting whatever they want?

a 16 year old only child is the perfect girl. She is very smart,always repsectful strangers who come into contact with her always tell you she is so mature and polite- just a lovely child. The girl never causes any trouble and fallows the rules to the letter makes excellent grades. Her parents give her whatever she want- 16 she got a brand new car. She has a laptop. Has 3 ipods, has her room redone every year. Goes out of the country for summer camp- to like Australia. Her parents let her do whatever they want as long as it is not dangerous. Her parents will not let her get a job and instead just give her money when she needs it. The girl has a vollunteer job at an animal shelter where she is highly respected and knows as a great vollunteer- sometimes she actually runs the kitten adoption room because people know how dependable and trustworthy she is. Does perfection = whatever your child wants?
