Can someone please help me?

i have LIMEWIRE installed in my laptop and i can download songs but when i try to download a program and let it run in my computer a message pops up and says that i don't have the right authorization for the program to run. how do i gain that authorization? or is there a way to have that authorization???? please help me! i really need to download a program but i can only download it FREELY from limewire otherwise i have o pay over $100 and i don't have that sum :/
