Bo-sa-sai ? means in fukien?

what do you interpret if you heard this?we where in line taking the time cardthen suddenly my fukien speaking friend just told me about that word "bo sa say"and I reply "bo" means NO then he laugh, did i say something?? just curious, just want to know what its meaning... di ko alm kung minumura na pala ako hehe
