your dam right she is, as a friend there are nicer ways to say what you think. A real friend wouldn't say anything if you were pleased with the haircut. It kind of sounds to me, that maybe she has another reason for saying that, other than not liking it. You might be right, maybe she realy feels it looks a little too good on you.
