Do you think I have throat cancer?

Well everytime I smoke, my throat feels like it clogs up, and it feels like I have a sore throat. But when I cough or take a drink it feels better or gets all the stuff out of my throat. But I just got over being sick, I was coughing up (also coughing up phlegm) and had a runny nose, and watery eyes, and hoarse in my voice. But I'm still kind of wheezy and coughing a little, but my voice is still kind of hoarse. I'm scared I have throat cancer. But I quit smoking today so yeah. Do you think I have throat cancer or is it normal for your throat to clog up like this?
