Do the American People Even Care that Bush, Obama and the Republican Senate Eviscerated the 4th Ammendment?

'.....The right of the people.......secure in their persons....unreasonable searches....NO warrants issued but on probable cause.....PARTICULARLY describing.....things to be seized! The ACLU is already all over this dog....good for them! No kiddin'!
