Difference between hob goblin and green goblin in spiderman?

i wanna know the storys, the identitys and wanna knw who came first and i know alot of you are thinking "ones norman osborn and ones his son" dont try that, i just saw an episode of spider man and both harry and norman are seen with the hob goblin
