Can i loose weight eating this?

Are you exercising as well? If so, you need to be eating more. You especially need to eat more for breakfast, as it is the most important meal of the day. Egg whites, plain oatmeal, and an apple will do. Also, remember to drink 64 oz of water a day. You should eat chicken/fish and broccoli for dinner.
