My aunt is 42 years old and is acting crazy?

She never married, or has children. She thinks she's too good for every man that comes her way. Well she has a major problem. She keeps on travelling to different countries and sleeping with married men . SInce january she's been to Grand camen, england, ottawa on, windsor ontario, toronto ontario, jamaica, germany and florida. Since January! Then she comes back home and wants to freeload off of her sick mother who almost died last month. Her mother has kidney problems, broken collar bone, broken wrists, gastric problems because of her failing kidney along with pneumonia and never cared whether she was ok. And She's gone again! This time she's went to Cuba. And no one knows why. She won't tell anyone what's going on. Do you think her not having a child and not being married has something to do with her craziness? She's always complaining saying that people are watching her and listening on her phone? What kind of disorder could this be? Could it be a midlife crisis type of problem?
